Berlin Impact Capital Group was founded in 2018 by Tarek Abdelmotaal and convinces as a holistic partner for the complex interrelationships of real estate value creation. With the purchase, development and resale of the company’s shares in a waterfront property “Am Großen Wannsee, Berlin”, the company has already successfully completed its first project in 2019 and is constantly reviewing the German real estate market for further opportunities. Tarek Abdelmotaal held leading positions in renowned real estate companies and was responsible for the development, structuring and marketing of numerous international premium developments (residential) as well as commercial global properties with a total transaction volume of well over one billion euros. Beyond that, he has advised family offices, HNWIs and asset managers on individually structured real estate investments.
In his previous position as founder and sole director of Ziegert Capital AG (September 2013 until the end of December 2017), he focused on the acquisition of capital for external project developers, and, together with his team, discreetly and exclusively brokered off-market global properties to institutional investors. He also initiated a mezzanine fund in a JV with a global project developer.
For the development of a unique participation model for family offices, he was awarded the title Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 in the field of capital management (Western Europe) by the London trade journal EuropeanCEO. In 2019, EuropeanCEO repeatedly recognised Abdelmotaal’s achievement as Best CEO in the Real Estate Industry.
