Tarek Abdelmotaal held leading positions in renowned real estate companies and was responsible for the development, structuring and marketing of numerous national and international premium developments (residential) as well as commercial global properties with a total transaction volume of well over one billion Euros. In addition, Tarek Abdelmotaal has advised family offices, HNWIs and asset managers on individually structured real estate investments. In his previous position as founder and sole director of Ziegert Capital AG (September 2013 until end of December 2017), he focused on the acquisition of capital for external project developers and, together with his team, discreetly and exclusively brokered global properties (off-market) to institutional investors. He also initiated a mezzanine fund in JV with a global project developer.

For the development of a unique investment model for family offices, he was honored by the London-based trade magazine EuropeanCEO with the award as Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 in the field of Capital Management (Western Europe). In 2019, EuropeanCEO repeatedly recognized Abdelmotaal's achievement as Best CEO in the Real Estate Industry.
