Our company
Berlin Impact Capital Group serves as a project developer of real estate projects and an investment company that participates in project developments as a strategic partner.
Our company stands out as a holistic partner, navigating the complex interdependencies of real estate value creation. We primarily invest in properties for residential development with a subordinate commercial component as well as in neighborhood developments and mixed-use properties. Our strength lies in the access to attractive properties for the development of new residential projects, their valuation and conceptual design as well as the assessment of market-driven exit scenarios.
All services are provided by our wholly owned subsidiary Berlin Impact Real Estate, where our expertise lies in the structuring and supporting transaction processes. The focus is on complex portfolio properties as well as forward deals of different asset classes to (semi-) institutional investors and/or family offices.
Acquisition profile
We are looking for real estate properties and plots for purchase for our portfolio and development.
Our company is owner-managed, which is why we have short decision-making channels. We are happy to assure you of a short-term and discreet property inspection.

Tarek Abdelmotaal was in leadership positions responsible for the development and marketing of over 50 national and international premium developments (residential) as well as commercial global properties with a total marketing volume of several billion euros at leading real estate companies. Beyond that, he advised family offices and investors/investment companies on individually structured, attractive real estate investments. Most recently, from September 2013 until his resignation at his request at the end of 2017, as founder and board member of Ziegert Capital AG, he supported project developers in raising capital and, together with his team, brokered off-market global properties to institutional investors.
For the development of a unique participation model for family offices, he was awarded the title Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 in the field of capital management (Western Europe) by the London trade journal European CEO.
In 2019, European CEO repeatedly recognised Abdelmotaal’s achievement as Best CEO in the Real Estate Industry.
