Berlin Impact Capital Group acts as a project developer of real estate projects as well as an investment company that participates in project developments as a strategic partner.
Our company convinces as a holistic partner for the complex interrelationships of real estate value creation. We invest primarily in properties for residential development with a subordinate commercial component as well as in neighborhood developments or mixed-use properties. Our strength lies in the access to attractive properties for the development of new residential projects, their valuation and conceptual design as well as the assessment of market-driven exit scenarios.
All services are provided by our wholly owned subsidiary Berlin Impact Real Estate; here our expertise lies in the structuring and support of transaction processes. Tarek Abdelmotaal was in leadership positions responsible for the development and marketing of over 50 national and international premium developments (residential) as well as commercial global properties with a total marketing volume of several billion euros at leading real estate companies. Beyond that, he advised family offices and investors / investment companies on individually structured, attractive real estate investments. Most recently, from September 2013 until his resignation at his own request at the end of 2017, as founder and board member of Ziegert Capital AG, he supported project developers in raising capital and, together with his team, brokered off-market global properties to institutional investors.
For the development of a unique participation model for family offices, he was awarded the title Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 in the field of capital management (Western Europe) by the London trade journal EuropeanCEO.
In 2019, EuropeanCEO repeatedly recognised Abdelmotaal’s achievement as Best CEO in the Real Estate Industry.
