Berlin Impact Capital Group was founded in 2018 by Tarek Abdelmotaal and convinces as a holistic partner for the complex interrelationships of real estate value creation. With the purchase, development and resale of the company’s shares in a waterfront property “Am Großen Wannsee, Berlin”, the company has already successfully completed its first project in 2019 and is constantly reviewing the German real estate market for further opportunities. Thanks to our many years of experience in the numerous and diverse areas of the entire real estate industry, we are able to identify potential in a targeted manner and quickly assess and specify possible risks. Tarek Abdelmotaal was in leadership positions responsible for the development and marketing of over 50 national and international premium developments (residential) as well as commercial global properties with a total marketing volume of several billion euros at leading real estate companies. Beyond that, he advised family offices and investors / investment companies on individually structured, attractive real estate investments. Most recently, from September 2013 until his resignation at his own request at the end of 2017, as founder and board member of Ziegert Capital AG, he supported project developers in raising capital and, together with his team, brokered off-market global properties to institutional investors.
For the development of a unique participation model for family offices, he was awarded the title Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 in the field of capital management (Western Europe) by the London trade journal EuropeanCEO.
In 2019, EuropeanCEO repeatedly recognised Abdelmotaal’s achievement as Best CEO in the Real Estate Industry.
