Our company

Berlin Impact Capital Group acts as a project developer of real estate projects as well as an investment company that participates in project developments as a strategic partner. 

Our company convinces as a holistic partner for the complex interrelationships of real estate value creation. We invest primarily in properties for residential development with a subordinate commercial component as well as in neighborhood developments or mixed-use properties. Our strength lies in the access to attractive properties for the development of new residential projects, their valuation and conceptual design as well as the assessment of market-driven exit scenarios.

All services are provided by our wholly owned subsidiary Berlin Impact Real Estate; here our expertise lies in the structuring and support of transaction processes. The focus is on complex portfolio properties as well as forward deals of different asset classes to (semi-) institutional investors and/or family offices.

We are looking for real estate properties and plots for purchase for our own portfolio and for development.

Our company is owner-managed, which is why we have short decision-making channels. We are happy to assure you of a short-term and discreet property inspection.

Team

 Tarek Abdelmotaal held leading positions in renowned real estate companies and was responsible for the development, structuring and marketing of numerous international premium developments (residential) as well as commercial global properties with a total transaction volume of well over one billion euros. Beyond that, he has advised family offices, HNWIs and asset managers on individually structured real estate investments. 

In his previous position as founder and sole director of Ziegert Capital AG (September 2013 until the end of December 2017), he focused on the acquisition of capital for external project developers, and, together with his team, discreetly and exclusively brokered off-market global properties to institutional investors. He also initiated a mezzanine fund in a JV with a global project developer.

For the development of a unique participation model for family offices, he was awarded the title Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 in the field of capital management (Western Europe) by the London trade journal EuropeanCEO. In 2019, EuropeanCEO repeatedly recognised Abdelmotaal’s achievement as Best CEO in the Real Estate Industry.
