The Berlin Impact Capital Group was founded in 2018 by Tarek Abdelmotaal and convinces as a holistic partner for the complex interrelationships of real estate value creation. We see ourselves as a developer of real estate projects as well as an investment company that participates in project developments as a strategic partner.
With the purchase, development and resale of the company’s shares in a waterfront property “Am Großen Wannsee, Berlin”, the company has already successfully completed its first project in 2019 and is constantly examining the German real estate market for further opportunities. Thanks to our many years of experience in the numerous and diverse areas of the entire real estate industry, we are able to identify potential in a targeted manner and to quickly assess and specify possible risks. This enables us to develop tailor-made and, above all, marketable models that are effective and profitable for all partners involved.
Our wholly-owned subsidiary Berlin Impact Real Estate GmbH (BIRE) provides all brokerage services for real estate, capital and financing. To date, as a result of BIRE’s activities, approx. € 50 million in whole-loan financings have been provided to project developers.
Due to our excellent network, which has grown over more than two decades, we also place global projects (residential and commercial) discreetly and off-market.
We are owner-managed, which is why we have short decision-making channels. This enables us to react agilely to the wishes and needs of our partners and customers.

Tarek Abdelmotaal was in leadership positions responsible for the development and marketing of over 40 national and international premium developments (residential) at leading real estate companies and advised family offices, private investors and project developers of individually structured, attractive real estate investments.
Most recently, as founder and board member of Ziegert Capital AG from 2013 to 2017, he supported project developers in raising capital, offered investors carefully selected investment options with an exceptionally good risk/reward ratio and sold global properties to institutional investors. For the development of a unique participation model for family offices, he was awarded the title Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 in the field of capital management (Western Europe) by the London trade journal EuropeanCEO.
In 2019, EuropeanCEO repeatedly recognised Abdelmotaal’s achievement as Best CEO in the Real Estate Industry.
